Who is Chef Conrad Gallagher
Conrad Gallagher is an Irish-born chef and restauranteur from Letterkenny, County Donegal, now based in Dubai. At 26, he became the youngest chef to earn a Michelin star for his Dublin restaurant, Peacock Alley. His culinary journey includes training with renowned chefs like Paul Bocuse and Alain Ducasse, blending traditional luxury with contemporary global influences. With restaurants in cities such as
New York, London, and Cape Town, Conrad is known for his warm and inviting style, crafting dishes that celebrate seasonal ingredients. He also runs a consultancy, Food Concepts 360, and a chef recruitment agency, inspiring both chefs and home cooks to appreciate the versatility of beloved ingredients like the potato.
